Quienes soliciten ingresar a la República Argentina con el objeto de realizar actividades de índole profesional, técnico, científico o artístico, remuneradas o no, por un plazo de hasta 30 días, deberán en forma previa obtener la visa correspondiente. El trámite es personal y se deberá presentar la siguiente documentación (en original y fotocopia)/ People who enters the country to develop professional, technical, scientific, religious or artistic tasks, whether paid or unpaid for a stay up to 30 days must apply for the proper visa. Applicants must submit the following documents (original and copy) personally at our consular office:

• Pasaporte vigente/ valid passport for at least 6 months.
• Una (1) fotografía 4x4 cm, de frente, a color, fondo blanco/ One (1) current photo, full front view, colour with white background, 4 x 4 cm.
• Formulario de solicitud de visa completo (preferentemente en forma electrónica) y firmado por el solicitante./ Original Visa Application Form, all fields completed –electronically, if possible- without scratches or corrections and duly signed.
• Constancia de trabajo actualizada (carta con membrete de la compañía, donde conste el puesto, antigüedad, remuneración y persona a contactar)/ Original letter from your current employer containing company letterhead, task developed, salary and contact, confirming your employment.
• Reserva aérea de ida y vuelta/ Flight schedule (return ticket). It is advisable that you do not purchase airline tickets to Argentina before the visa is granted.
• Reserva hotelera o datos de alojamiento en la República Argentina/ Hotel reservation or address of stay in Argentina.
• Nota original de invitación en español del requirente (persona física o jurídica) en la República Argentina en la cual consten sus datos, número de inscripción en el RENURE*, los datos personales del solicitante del visado (nombre completo, nacionalidad, fecha de nacimiento, número de pasaporte, profesión), asi como el motivo del viaje y el plazo de permanencia solicitado. La nota sera firmada por el requirente y certificada por Escribano Público y Colegio de Escribanos/ Original letter of invitation from the host in Argentina registered in RENURE* (registration number must be included in the text of the letter) inviting the applicant and confirming the purpose of the trip, duration of the visit, full name, addresses and telephone numbers of all businesses and persons you will contact in Argentina. The letter must be written in Spanish and duly signed by the person in charge and certified by an argentine Notary Public and College of Notaries Public. *NOTA: Es requisito que la nota lleve la firma de un requirente inscripto en el Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes de Extranjeros (RENURE), dependiente de la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones de la República Argentina. En caso de no encontrarse inscripto en RENURE, se agradecerá comunicarse al 4317-0200/0303/0337 a fin de efectivizar la inscripción. / NOTE: It´s essential that the letter is signed by a person registered in RENURE (Dirección Nacional de Migraciones). If not registered, the host must contact 4317-0200/0303/0337.

 

La enumeración precedente no es taxativa y la autoridad consular podrá requerir documentación adicional al solicitante del visado, según lo estime pertinente. / The Consular authority could require the applicant to submit extra documentation, if needed.

El solicitante deberá atravesar una entrevista personal con la autoridad consular, sin excepción / Applicant will be interviewed by the consular authority without exception.

EL SÓLO CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS REQUISITOS MENCIONADOS NO GARANTIZA EL OTORGAMIENTO DE LA VISA, SIENDO ESTA UNA PRERROGATIVA EXCLUSIVA DEL ESTADO ARGENTINO/ THE FULFILLMENT OF THE REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE GRANTING OF THE VISA, BEING AN EXCLUSIVE PREROGATIVE OF THE ARGENTINE STATE.

Para iniciar el proceso de solicitud de visa debe remitir la documentación completa en un único archivo en formato PDF a la casilla de correo intitucional visas_cpcar@cancilleria.gob.ar, con una antelación mínima de 30 días a la fecha de viaje prevista.  (Le responderán en una semana aproximadamente)

Al presentarse la solicitud, se deberá abonar el arancel consular de 200 unidades consulares (equivalentes a 200 dólares estadounidenses), mediante depósito bancario en pesos mexicanos al tipo de cambio vigente./  Visa applicants must ask for an appointment, at least, 30 days before the estimated date of departure by emailing all the documents to visas_cpcar@cancilleria.gob.ar.  When applying for visa, a consular fee of 200 consular units (200 american dollars) must be paid by bank deposit in mexican pesos at the current exchange rate.

*IMPORTANTE: EL SOLICITANTE DEBERÁ RESPETAR EL HORARIO DE LA CITA ASIGNADA. EN CASO DE NO PODER ASISTIR, SE SOLICITA INFORMARLO A LA BREVEDAD POSIBLE DE MODO DE REASIGNAR EL TURNO  / IMPORTANT: Visa applicant must arrive on time to the consular interview.
