Aquellos residentes en nuestra jurisdicción que soliciten ingresar a la República Argentina con el objeto de trabajar en el país por al menos, un año, deberán obtener la visa correspondiente y contar con el correspondiente contrato de trabajo suscripto por su empleador. El trámite es personal y se deberá presentar la siguiente documentación (en original y fotocopia) /  Those who live within our jurisdiction, holders of an employment contract issued in Argentina for a period of at least one year who travel to Argentina to perform an specific job must get a visa, must apply for a visa.  Applicants must submit the following documents (original and copy) personally at our consular office:

• Pasaporte vigente / Valid passport for at least 12 months.
• Una (1) fotografías 4x4 cm, de frente, a color, fondo blanco / One (1) current photo, full front view, colour with white background, 4 x 4 cm.
• Formulario de solicitud de visa completo (preferentemente en forma electrónica) y firmado por el solicitante / Original Visa Application Form, all fields completed –electronically, if possible- without scratches or corrections and duly signed. 
• Constancia de residencia habitual en la jurisdicción del Consulado (mediante presentación de boleta de servicios u otra documentación  probatoria)/  Proof of legal residence within this Consulate jurisdiction (service bill or similar)
• Contrato laboral suscripto por el empleador, en el cual conste el número de inscripción en RENURE* de la entidad contratante, con firma de su repsentante certificada por escribano público argentino y legalizada por Colegio de Escribanos correspondiente. El solicitante del visado deberá firmar dicho contrato ante el cónsul /Proper employment contract issued by the employer in Argentina registered at RENURE* and signed by its agent or person in charge and certified by an argentine Notary Public and College of Notaries Public. The visa applicant must sign the contract in presence of the consular authority.
• Constancia de trabajo expedida por su actual empleador / Proof of work issued by your current employer.
• Certificado de antecedentes penales FEDERALES del país donde haya residido durante los últimos tres (3) años, apostillado (sólo mayores de 16 años) / For people sixteen (16) or over, at the time of entering the National Territory, a FEDERAL certificate of lack of criminal records from their country of origin or from the countries where they have lived during the past three (3) years, with proper Apostille.
• Declaración jurada de carencia de antecedentes penales en otros países otorgada por este Consulado./  Sworn declaration of lack of criminal records in other countries issued at this Consulate.
• En caso de no contar con Permiso de Ingreso tramitado por su requirente en Argentina, deberá abonarlo  a través del sitio web de la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones (USD 300 MERCOSUR / USD 600 Extra MERCOSUR): https://dnm.provincianet.com.ar/ / If not holding Entry Permit issued by institution/organization in Argentina, you must pay it at Dirección Nacional de Migraciones website (USD 300 MERCOSUR / USD 600 Extra MERCOSUR): https://dnm.provincianet.com.ar/

*NOTA: Es requisito que el contrato lleve la firma de un requirente inscripto en el Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes de Extranjeros (RENURE), dependiente de la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones de la República Argentina. En caso de no encontrarse inscripto en RENURE, se agradecerá comunicarse al 4317-0200/0303/0337 a fin de efectivizar la inscripción/ *NOTE: It´s required that the contract is issued and signed by the employer and its agent, registered both at RENURE (National Inmigration Office). If not registered, the host must contact 4317-0200/0303/0337.

La enumeración precedente no es taxativa y la autoridad consular podrá requerir documentación adicional al solicitante del visado, según lo estime pertinente / The Consular authority could require the applicant to submit extra documentation, if needed.

El solicitante deberá atravesar una entrevista personal con la autoridad consular, sin excepción / Applicant will be interviewed by the consular authority without exception.

EL SÓLO CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS REQUISITOS MENCIONADOS NO GARANTIZA EL OTORGAMIENTO DE LA VISA, SIENDO ESTA UNA PRERROGATIVA EXCLUSIVA DEL ESTADO ARGENTINO/ THE FULFILLMENT OF THE REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE GRANTING OF THE VISA, BEING AN EXCLUSIVE PREROGATIVE OF THE ARGENTINE STATE.

Para iniciar el proceso de solicitud de visa debe remitir la documentación completa en un único archivo en formato PDF a la casilla de correo intitucional visas_cpcar@cancilleria.gob.ar, con una antelación mínima de 30 días a la fecha de viaje prevista.  (Le responderán en una semana aproximadamente)

Al presentarse la solicitud, se deberá abonar la tasa migratoria correspondiente, a través del sitio web de la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones y un arancel de 250 unidades consulares (equivalentes a 250 dólares estadounidenses) mediante depósito bancario en pesos mexicanos al tipo de cambio vigente / Visa applicants must ask for an appointment, at least, 30 days before the estimated date of departure by emailing all the documents to visas_cpcar@cancilleria.gob.ar.  When applying for visa, a migratory permit must be paid through the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones website and a consular fee of 250 american dollars by bank deposit in mexican pesos at the current exchange rate.

IMPORTANTE: Se señala que se deberá contar con partida de nacimiento apostillada a efectos de tramitar su DNI una vez que ingrese a la República Argentina/  IMPORTANT: Bear in mind that a certificate of birth with proper Apostille will be requested once in Argentina, to obtain the Argentine Document for foreigners (DNI).

*IMPORTANTE: EL SOLICITANTE DEBERÁ RESPETAR EL HORARIO DE LA CITA ASIGNADA. EN CASO DE NO PODER ASISTIR, SE SOLICITA INFORMARLO A LA BREVEDAD POSIBLE DE MODO DE REASIGNAR EL TURNO  / IMPORTANT: Visa applicant must arrive on time to the consular interview.
